Return Policy


If you are unhappy with your product, I accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.

Please email with your order number to submit a return. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returns.


Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you whether or not your refund is approved.

Processing time for returns is 2-4 business days after I've received the product.

If you are approved, your refund will be applied to your original method of payment. The credit may take several weeks to appear in your account.

Damaged Items

I will replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. Please submit a claim within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing me at with a photo of the defective or damaged item(s).

International Returns

Due to the complexity of international shipping, international orders are non-returnable. However, I will offer a refund or a replacement when I am at fault. If you receive the wrong item, or a damaged or misprinted item, please email me at with your order number and a photo or the item(s).

Custom Orders

There are no refunds or returns for custom orders.

Digital Downloads

There are no refunds or returns for digital downloads.
