Processing Time

- Most orders are shipped in 1-3 business days

- Custom pet and house portraits: 3-6 weeks

- Custom pet and cocktail stickers: 1-2 weeks

- Your purchase will be sent to the address provided at checkout. Please make sure that this address is up to date and correct before submitting your order. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Sticker Shipping

- Stickers ship free in the US

- Stickers are shipped in an envelope with USPS First Class Mail and there is NO tracking

- Most US orders arrive in 3-7 business days and international orders arrives in 10-15 business days

- Please wait the full 7 or 15 business days after it's shipped to contact me about missing orders

US Shipping

- All orders (except stickers) are shipped USPS First Class Mail (3-5 business days) with a tracking number

International Shipping

- USPS First Class Mail International can take up to 4 weeks to arrive. A tracking number is provided

- Customers are responsible for any fees, taxes and duties associated with purchasing and shipping to their respective countries

Shipping Delays

- I am not responsible for any damages, lost of package or delays caused by shipping companies

- Files will be available on the confirmation page immediately after purchase and a link will also be emailed to you
